Please read these terms before creating an account or subscribing.
Using navigation
YolLane provides navigation and planning information. Observe current road signs, restrictions and road conditions. Access to bus lane or emergency planning does not grant legal permission to use restricted lanes. Emergency features are limited to verified emergency-service organizations.
Accounts and memberships
Keep access to your verified email and account secure. A membership belongs to one YolLane account and may be used on your devices while signed in. Do not share paid access, resell the service or attempt to bypass access controls.
Payment agreement
Plus costs $5 per month and Premium costs $15 per month. Before checkout, you see the charged currency and amount. Auto renewal requires your explicit agreement. You can cancel future web renewal charges from your account. Purchases billed by Apple or Google are managed through the respective store.
Lane contributions
Submit accurate locations and photos you own or may share. Allow YolLane to store and review that evidence and display approved lane information. Avoid unnecessary personal information. An admin decides whether a lane is real, missing and distinct. Rejected or duplicate submissions do not count toward rewards; abuse can lead to account suspension.
Membership rewards
Five distinct approved bus or bicycle lanes earn the membership reward available when the fifth lane is approved. A reward does not start a paid subscription. Rewards activate when compatible with current access, or remain available to activate later. Active rewards postpone an existing renewal; they do not add a second recurring charge.
Service and contact
Coverage, estimates and availability can change. Use support to report errors or resolve a payment or account issue. These terms do not limit consumer rights that apply under mandatory law.
